The bible gives us specific details and strategies explaining to us how to fight and resist depression or any other oppression.

Ephesians 6:11 —– Wiles of Enemy, what are  main strategies to keep you captive.
Phil 4:13 ——– You can do all things, never I can’t, when you lose a battle, pick yourself up, and go again …

Depression fight it resist itLuke 10:19 — You have all power over your oppressors, they will obey, what you need is courage and persistence.

2 Cor 10:4 For the weapons of our warfare are not carnal, but mighty through God to the pulling down of strongholds…Casting down…itself against the knowledge of God

Distorted Reality – Losing your Mind – Situation really Bad – Never get better- Self Pity

Write down three thing enemy wants you to do, and what they don’t want you to do, and beat some of these battles, brings confidence, that you can overcome any battle, I Can, I will, I will not Quit, I can not loose….

To solve a spiritual problem:

You will need to identify what the spiritual issue is and how it is effecting your behavior.

The Truth will set you Free, but only if we will acknowledge the Truth

1Jn 3:8 …………. For this purpose the Son of God was manifested, that he might destroy the works of the devil.

Rev 12:11 And they overcame him by the blood of the Lamb, and by the word of their testimony; and they loved not their lives unto the death.

This scripture clearly says that “They” you, will overcome him, you will overcome based on the finished work, on the victory that Jesus has already earned for you ……..

It does not says that God will overcome him for you, that has already been accomplished, now you have to Overcome these oppressors…..

Eph 6:12 For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places.

Proverbs 3:5 — Our Understand, part of the problem

Hosia 4:6 — My people suffer for lack on knowledge

John 10:10 — Steal, Kill, Destroy, relate this to yourself

A tendency to blame God (“Why did He not answer my prayer? Why did God not take this depression away”).
